Each month, you receive one invoice with two line items: Developer gross salary, plus a fixed $1,000 monthly service fee.

The developer's salary is what they actually earn. We do not apply a margin, markup, or percentage to their compensation. You see exactly what they are paid.

Olive's service fee is $1,000 per month per developer. It is not calculated as a percentage of salary. It does not change based on hours worked, project scope, or performance.

Invoices are issued on the 1st of each month for the previous month's work. Payment is made after the month is completed.
